Printcept is an online printing service based in Red Hills, Hyderabad. We print the essentials every business needs — business cards, flyers, brochures, letterheads, envelopes, stickers & labels, boxes & packaging, signs & banners, custom apparel and corporate gifts — and deliver them to your door.
Every order gets a human check: our design team reviews your artwork and shares a proof before anything goes to print, so what arrives is exactly what you approved.
How do I place an order?
Open any product page, choose your size, paper and quantity, then press Continue. You can upload your design right away, design one online, or send the file later — the order still goes through.
I don’t have a design. Can you help?
Yes. Design help is free — upload whatever you have (even a photo or an old card) and our team will set it up for print. You can also use the Design Online editor on product pages.
What file types can I upload?
Print-ready PDF is best; high-resolution JPG or PNG also works. If anything is wrong with the file we’ll contact you before printing.
When do I pay?
You can pay securely online at checkout (UPI, cards, netbanking), or choose Pay after proof on eligible orders and pay once you approve the proof.
How long does printing take?
Most standard items are printed within a few working days; large-format and speciality items can take longer. The product page shows the estimate for your chosen options, and we confirm the timeline with your proof.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right — see our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
How do I track my order?
Sign in and open My Orders, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Print shops, agencies and designers: we offer trade pricing on bulk and repeat orders, plain (unbranded) packaging, and direct dispatch to your customer. Send us your requirements on WhatsApp or email with the subject “Reseller” and we’ll set you up.
