Because all products offered by Printcept are custom-printed and manufactured uniquely for you, we do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds once an order is printed.
Our printing process includes a dedicated safety step to ensure you get exactly what you want: Checked, proofed, then printed.
By placing an order and interacting with our team, you agree to the following terms:
Your Approval is Final: We send a free digital proof of your artwork via WhatsApp before anything hits the printing press. Nothing is printed until you explicitly review it and say “yes” or give your approval.
Once Approved, It’s Locked: Once you approve the digital proof, the order goes straight to production. No changes, cancellations, or updates can be made after this point.
Errors Found After Approval: If you notice a spelling mistake, typo, incorrect layout, wrong phone number, or design error after you have approved the WhatsApp proof and the job is printed, you must place a new reorder at your own expense. We will not provide a free reprint or a refund for mistakes that were visible on the approved proof.
Our Digital File Check: We review your files purely for print-readiness (checking bleeds, basic resolution, and color modes so it prints correctly).
Your Responsibility: It is entirely your responsibility to check the actual text content, spellings, numbers, and grammar on the WhatsApp proof before approving it. We do not proofread your text.
If the final printed product does not match the specific digital proof that you approved (e.g., we printed a completely different file, used the wrong paper stock entirely, or there is a major machine malfunction/damage), we will reprint your order at no extra cost to you.
No Cash Refunds: Our liability is strictly limited to a corrected reprint. We do not issue cash or bank refunds under any circumstances.
Reporting a Defect: You must report any production errors to printceptindia@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos of the defect.
Any legal disputes regarding our printing services or this policy will be handled exclusively in the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
