Brochures — the one piece of print people actually sit down and read.

3 Sizes, 5 Fold Styles

A5, A4 or A3 flat sheets, folded Tri-Fold, Bi-Fold, Z-Fold, Gate Fold or Accordion.

Art Paper or Art Card

130 or 170 GSM art paper for a standard brochure, or step up to 250 or 300 GSM art card — creased or scored before folding — for a heavier piece that stands out in a display rack.

Full Colour, Outside & Inside

Every brochure prints full colour on both sides (4/4) as standard — every panel gets the same vivid print quality.

Which fold is right for you?

Bi-Fold (Half Fold)

2 panels a side, one fold down the middle. Best for company overviews and menus.

Tri-Fold (Letter / C-Fold)

3 panels a side, both ends folded in. Best for standard rack brochures and DL envelopes.

Z-Fold

3 panels a side, folded back and forth in a zig-zag. Best for timelines, workflows and multi-language brochures.

Gate Fold

Two outer flaps fold in to meet at the centre. Best for premium reveals and high-end portfolios.

Accordion Fold

4 panels a side in a continuous zig-zag. Best for step-by-step guides and wider product ranges.

Frequently asked questions

What size should my brochure be?
A4 (210 × 297 mm) is the most popular flat size and folds cleanly into any of our 5 fold styles. Go down to A5 for a pocket-sized piece, or up to A3 for a longer story or a wall-mounted rack.
Which fold should I choose?
Tri-Fold suits most menus and service overviews. Bi-Fold is the simplest and most elegant for a short message. Z-Fold, Gate Fold and Accordion give more panels for step-by-step stories or a wider product range — not sure which fits your content? WhatsApp us your draft and we’ll suggest the best fold.
How do I set up my file for folding?
Design at the full flat (unfolded) size. Please keep all text and critical logos at least 3 mm inside the cut line and fold lines (safe margin), with a 3 mm outer bleed on all edges. Panel widths differ slightly by fold style, since the inside-tuck panel on a Tri-Fold is narrower than the others. Export a CMYK PDF at 300 DPI. Not confident setting this up yourself? Our free design help will lay out your panels correctly.
What is the minimum order?
250 brochures. Prices per piece drop sharply from 1,000 upward, with our best rate at 5,000.
How long does production take?
About 5 working days as standard (Economy), since every piece is machine-scored and folded after printing. Need it sooner? Choose Rush (3 Business Days) in the calculator above.
Do I have to pay before printing?
No. Pay 50% now to confirm your booking — we send a digital proof on WhatsApp first, you approve it, and nothing prints or folds until you do.
